Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

BA/BS Degree

Experience

5+ years' experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, clinical or drug development (preferred) OR Master's Degree or above with 4+ years' experience

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with ability to work with web-based platforms and emerging AI capabilities Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team setting with staff of diverse backgrounds and experience levels Demonstrated ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations Proven ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to look beyond immediate problems to consider root causes and address them Excellent written and oral communication skills High degree of personal responsibility
