Translate market demand into strategic supply commitments with multiple sourcing breweries, optimizing capacity planning and achieving superior case fill rates across export markets
Implement customer-centric methodologies including Net Promoter Score management to enhance distributor relationships and drive customer satisfaction improvements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational pain points and developing innovative solutions that enhance overall export chain efficiency
Manage complex planning projects including demand segmentation, SKU rationalization, and brewery capacity modeling to support strategic business decisions
Deliver comprehensive management reporting and KPI monitoring to provide executive leadership with actionable insights for performance optimization

Requirements

Education

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance or Business Administration

Experience

4 - 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG industry

Required Skills

Exposure to financial data analysis/ quantitative techniques Experience in project management preferred Supervisory experience preferred but not a pre-requisite Competent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) Experience in statistical forecasting and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting
