Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic supply chain integration into innovation processes, ensuring early involvement in R&D initiatives to optimize product development from conception
Lead cross-functional teams including Quality, Logistics, Sourcing, and Cost Engineering to deliver NPI and PLM projects that directly impact product portfolio success
Represent Supply Chain interests in critical make-buy and core/non-core decisions, influencing strategic business choices worth millions in procurement spend
Challenge R&D design approaches to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain alignment from product inception
Orchestrate complex project lifecycles from scope definition through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships and component selection processes aligned with global sourcing strategies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree or Master Degree in a technical field of study (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)

Experience

Experience in Project Management, International work experience are a plus
