Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field. Preferred: Master's degree in Project Management / Business Administration.

Experience

Minimum 10 years in project controls, planning, and performance monitoring for large-scale EPC or modular fabrication projects. Proven track record in offshore wind, E-House fabrication, or oil & gas module construction. Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, and KPI frameworks. Prior role involving multi-project oversight across engineering, procurement, and fabrication stages.
