Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic market expansion for Insertable Cardiac Monitor services across multiple medical specialties including cardiology, neurology, emergency medicine, and geriatrics
Lead and develop a high-performance field market development team while coaching team members to exceed established targets
Execute comprehensive commercial strategies for cardiovascular diagnostics growth including indication prioritization and referral pathway activation
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders to influence market adoption of ICM technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and patient care systems to optimize remote care solutions
Develop long-term market access strategies for new innovations in collaboration with reimbursement teams
Engage national medical societies and patient advocacy groups to promote ICM adoption across syncope, cryptogenic stroke, and atrial fibrillation indications
Deliver regional CDS results accountability while reporting to Nordic & Benelux CRM Regional Director

Requirements

Education

Master degree

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in sales or sales management, ideally in MedTech or Pharma; A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in market development and business development; A minimum of 3 years of people management experience

Required Skills

Fluency in English, as well as in one or two languages spoken in the region Strong understanding of market access and reimbursement processes Experience in selling innovations Experience developing new markets Experience working in international companies Proven track record of international working experience
