Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive mid and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with Benelux and EMEA business objectives, demonstrating strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities
Establish and drive regional sales account objectives and performance targets in collaboration with senior management, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion
Monitor and manage account credit status while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize financial risk and optimize cash flow
Lead cross-departmental collaboration with Customer Service, Credit, Marketing/Merchandising and Operations teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction
Conduct strategic field visits to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and addressing business challenges
Drive brand experience excellence within key regional accounts by developing in-store brand presentations in partnership with Visual Merchandising teams
Provide comprehensive market intelligence through weekly reporting on marketplace dynamics, competitor activities and product development opportunities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree, Master would be an advantage

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' working experience in sales

Required Skills

Wholesale Field & Local Key knowledge – preferable with denim knowledge Digital mindset with a strong knowledge of excel Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Certifications
