Key Responsibilities

Lead technical ownership of SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management (CM) system including Case Management and Social Protection modules
Drive digital transformation initiatives through SAP application enhancement and process optimization
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication and manage user relationships
Provide expert consultation and training for implementation projects
Design and validate business processes (BPA) while managing interface dependencies

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Process Engineering/Management
