Key Responsibilities

Lead development of enterprise-level SAP training materials within sprint teams, directly impacting global user adoption
Manage and ensure quality of global learning objects database affecting 1500+ training materials
Design and deliver strategic training programs including Fiori basics and advanced Train-the-Trainer sessions
Provide expert consultation on global training strategy and implementation methodologies
Drive continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies across multiple sprint teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

Experience

5+ years in SAP training and enablement
