Key Responsibilities

Lead critical project scheduling and planning across construction phases with direct impact on project success and efficiency
Conduct advanced schedule analysis and risk assessment to ensure project viability and identify optimization opportunities
Drive interactive planning sessions and stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment and buy-in
Manage complex schedule changes while maintaining contractual compliance
Develop and communicate comprehensive project timelines using data visualization and reporting

Requirements

Education

Engineering Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree preferred but not mandatory

Experience

6-8 years of experience in planning and scheduling with direct hire trades and subcontractors
