Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational agile transformation through BizDevOps implementation
Guide cross-functional teams in agile practices and mindset development
Drive cultural change management and stakeholder alignment
Establish and monitor agile metrics and DevOps integration effectiveness
Design and deliver agile training and coaching programs
Facilitate workflow optimization and impediment removal
Enable team empowerment and resilience building

Requirements

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field

Experience

Several years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

Required Skills

Excellent communication abilities across tech and non-tech audiences Strong facilitation and workshop design skills Stakeholder management and alignment capabilities Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Certifications
