Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and complex projects
Drive organizational agility through Scrum of Scrums facilitation and cross-team alignment
Manage enterprise-level initiative planning, execution, and delivery optimization
Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure predictable delivery

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management (preferred)

Experience

4+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environment
