Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and complex projects
Drive organizational agility through Scrum of Scrums facilitation and cross-team alignment
Manage enterprise-level initiative planning, execution, and delivery optimization
Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure predictable delivery
Implement and maintain Agile best practices while adapting to specific team needs
Guide teams through sprint execution while maintaining focus on business priorities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management (preferred)

Experience

4+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environment

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps Stakeholder management Risk management Process optimization Metrics tracking and reporting Cross-functional team leadership Effective communication Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Certifications

Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent) required General leadership & Project Management certification (PMP, Green/Black belt – Lean Six Sigma, LeSS Practitioner) preferred
