Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementation of Agile methodologies across development teams, directly impacting organizational transformation
Drive enterprise-wide process optimization through Scrum framework implementation and team coaching
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and Technical Leads
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes

Requirements

Education

Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience
