Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate comprehensive agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to drive team velocity and deliver measurable business value through structured iteration cycles
Partner strategically with Product Owners to optimize backlog management and ensure value-driven delivery that aligns with organizational priorities and customer needs
Coach cross-functional teams and Product Owners on empirical process control, value-based prioritization, and incremental delivery methodologies to maximize ROI on development investments
Drive data-driven performance improvement through advanced flow metrics analysis including velocity tracking, sprint burndown analysis, and iteration burn rate optimization
Champion organizational agile transformation by implementing standardized practices, tools, and frameworks that scale across multiple teams and business units
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve complex impediments that could impact delivery timelines, team performance, or stakeholder satisfaction
Foster high-performing, self-organizing teams through psychological safety initiatives, collaborative decision-making frameworks, and shared vision alignment
Ensure compliance with quality standards, Definition of Done criteria, and organizational governance requirements while maintaining delivery velocity
Facilitate cross-team coordination and transparency through Scrum-of-Scrums activities and stakeholder communication to align delivery progress with business objectives
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using team feedback, quality metrics, and delivery cadence analysis to optimize team performance and predictability
Implement and optimize agile planning and development tools including Azure DevOps and Confluence to enhance team productivity and visibility

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

6 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years dedicated Scrum Master experience at SM2 level or above

Required Skills

Working knowledge of English: B2 level Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles (planning, review, retrospective, and refinement) Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives, such as increasing team velocity or reducing lead time Experience coordinating cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning events Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto principles and values Good knowledge of facilitation techniques (e.g., Fist of Five, participatory decision-making, Liberating Structures) Good knowledge of systems-thinking and process tailoring to fit complex or evolving environments Good knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques (e.g., information radiators, team empowerment models) Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira (acceptable), particularly in backlog management, dashboards, and workflow configuration Good knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-up/down charts, cumulative flow diagrams) and the ability to build and interpret dashboards to support team performance and forecasting
