Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or equivalent work experience

Experience

5-7 years in technology software solutions delivery, 3+ years as Scrum Master

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks Proficiency in Agile metrics tracking and reporting Advanced facilitation and conflict resolution abilities Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools Superior written and oral communication skills
