Key Responsibilities

Lead agile transformation initiatives across enterprise programs and projects
Serve as primary agile practices evangelist and coach for scrum teams
Facilitate and optimize agile ceremonies to maximize team effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement in team culture, processes, and delivery metrics
Implement and monitor agile maturity assessment programs
Develop and execute agile training initiatives
Remove organizational impediments to agile adoption

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience

Preferred 1 year of experience in project management or practicing scrum

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic and skilled at engaging with different team members with different personalities Ability to learn quickly and teach others by showing what worked and what did not work Strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts Ability to communicate both verbally and written are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur Effective organization and time management skills Strong attention to detail

Certifications
