Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation and maturity development across enterprise teams
Facilitate and optimize key Scrum ceremonies while coaching team performance
Drive cross-functional alignment and delivery excellence across the ART
Manage stakeholder relationships and remove organizational impediments
Ensure technical quality standards and delivery commitments

Requirements

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree (in IT, Engineering, or related field)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe IT environment
