Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic digital health IT projects as Scrum Master, driving agile transformation initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes and healthcare delivery systems
Guide international Scrum teams through complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and healthcare regulatory requirements
Orchestrate collaboration between near-shore, off-shore technical teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver compliant, scalable healthcare solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an IT project manager, preferably min. 1 year in a healthcare context

Required Skills
