Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic digital health IT projects as Scrum Master, driving agile transformation initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes and healthcare delivery systems
Guide international Scrum teams through complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and healthcare regulatory requirements
Orchestrate collaboration between near-shore, off-shore technical teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver compliant, scalable healthcare solutions
Partner with clinical teams, administrators, and healthcare professionals to translate health-specific requirements into actionable technical strategies
Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, security, and performance optimization of digital health solutions across diverse healthcare environments
Define development strategies and technical requirements while maintaining clear communication channels with project managers, product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure teams
Drive business development initiatives through technical expertise, training delivery, and stakeholder relationship management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an IT project manager, preferably min. 1 year in a healthcare context

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences Proficiency in the local language of your country of residence Fluency in English (written and verbal) Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple project deliveries in parallel Ability/flexibility to travel Proven experience in applying agile values, principles and practices, ad well as leading Scrum teams Deep understanding of (agile) project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as the related frameworks, e.g. Scrum or SAFe A good understanding of software architecture (mobile and web), platforms, and development Experience in applying project delivery and project management methodologies
