Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum practices across multiple teams within Tech4Dev Area, ensuring alignment with Simplify@Scale model
Drive organizational transformation through coaching and mentoring teams toward self-management and high performance
Implement and optimize agile methodologies while managing stakeholder relationships and removing impediments
Coordinate cross-team initiatives and facilitate strategic planning at the Area level
Guide teams in OKR implementation and achievement while maintaining focus on business value delivery
Foster transparent communication channels between teams and stakeholders to optimize delivery flow
