Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing Agile teams within the Identity & Access Management domain
Drive enterprise-wide IAM and Cryptography capabilities implementation
Facilitate Scaled Agile Framework practices across multiple teams
Guide DevOps transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure delivery of PI commitments while maintaining operational excellence
Coordinate cross-team dependencies within the Agile Release Train

Requirements

Education

MSc. degree in Information Technology, Data Science or equivalent is preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe environment

Required Skills

SAFe evangelist with deep Agile knowledge Strategic and systems thinking Strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter mindset International culture sensitivity Positive energy and minimal supervision requirements

Certifications

PSM/CSM I certification required PSM II or A-CSM preferred Additional Agile/SAFe certifications preferred
