Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile methodologies and best practices
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven metrics and performance analysis
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile frameworks across multiple teams
Manage stakeholder relationships and remove organizational impediments to team success
Coordinate with Product Owners to optimize backlog management and sprint planning
Participate in Agile Release Trains (ART) to ensure enterprise-wide alignment
Build cross-functional collaboration through Scrum of Scrums coordination
Enable team performance optimization through metrics-based coaching and capability development

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education

Experience

Minimum 6 years as Scrum Master, including 2 years leading Agile teams in outsourced development

Required Skills

Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools (Miro, Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Jira) Strong mediation and negotiation skills Organization, prioritization, communications, problem-solving and people skills Data-driven coaching capabilities Experience in Talent application implementation and operations management

Certifications

SAFe certified Agile Practitioner/SM, CSM or PSM certification required Advanced certifications (CSP-SM, PSM II) preferred
