Key Responsibilities

Define and track critical project milestones while maintaining transparent stakeholder communication to ensure organizational alignment and project visibility
Strategically manage project resources and task allocation to optimize team productivity and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to maintain smooth project flow and prevent costly delays

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile methodologies
