Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within Finance Technology Domain with strategic oversight of program delivery and team performance
Drive technical solution development while managing stakeholder relationships and resource allocation
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and cross-team coordination to ensure business value alignment
Serve as primary liaison between government customers, product owners, and development teams to maintain project trajectory
Manage program backlog and release planning while removing delivery impediments
Guide Agile transformation efforts and process improvements across multiple teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering preferred

Experience

8+ years IT experience, 5+ years leading Agile teams, 2+ years client interaction
