Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and management of enterprise security solutions including Cyberark, ALSID, Active Directory, and OpSwat
Participate in agile development cycles as part of the NL Cybersecurity squad
Ensure security compliance and implementation across business managed network security
Manage identity and access management systems for 2500+ Netherlands colleagues
Contribute to data and operational security initiatives
Collaborate with international IS/IT teams within Thales group
Support digital transformation initiatives through security implementation

Requirements

Education

Technical bachelor or master degree

Experience

Experience within complex enterprise IT environments

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Cyberark Expert knowledge of ALSID Expert knowledge of Active Directory Expert knowledge of OpSwat Strong communication skills Agile/Scrum methodology experience Fluent in English
