Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-functional security projects ensuring alignment between technical teams and strategic business objectives while maintaining operational excellence
Lead strategic translation of security leadership vision into actionable work items, directly impacting organizational risk posture and security maturity
Drive operational efficiency through daily standups and prioritization frameworks that balance business-as-usual activities with strategic security initiatives
Own enterprise-wide risk remediation tracking, providing executive visibility into security posture improvements and compliance adherence
Establish and maintain authoritative knowledge management systems that serve as the foundation for security operations governance and decision-making
Mentor and develop junior security professionals across global teams, building organizational capability and succession planning

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred

Experience

At least 6+ years of overall experience in Information Security, knowledge of Security Operations and associated services desirable

Required Skills

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and coordinating technical projects Experienced in task management technologies (Jira, Confluence preferably), including the configuration of dashboards, reports, and workflows Strong project management skills, experience in operational environments desirable Proven ability to design and implement technical and non-technical delivery projects Experience in the design and delivery of Operating Models, specific to cyber security desirable Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate a variety of stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds An understanding of cyber security operations processes, procedures, guidelines and solutions, including practical experience of cyber kill chain principles desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
