Key Responsibilities

Drive business unit growth targets and implement segment strategy to achieve revenue milestones and market expansion
Align EMEA segment strategies with global initiatives by representing the business unit in Electrical Sector management working groups
Collaborate with Key Account Managers, CSOs, and segment teams to develop and execute profit plans with technical and commercial insights
Lead marketing initiatives and guide segment sales teams to drive market expansion and customer acquisition
Cultivate strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors to build ecosystem partnerships
Lead cross-functional teams to enhance organizational capabilities and drive sustainable growth initiatives
Promote Eaton's capabilities and competitive advantages in electrical distribution and backup applications
Drive tendering business by providing system design assistance and technical application support
Optimize customer designs through product selection, layouts, comparisons, and system configurations
Gather market intelligence and customer needs to inform segment roadmap and strategic planning
Support designer, customer, and segment events to drive specification inclusion and approved vendor list positioning
Contribute to marketing activities including material development, communication strategies, and trade show participation
Provide executive management with key market insights, opportunity analysis, and new business capture tactics
Develop new customer relationships and nurture existing partnerships to maintain robust sales pipeline
Analyze competitive landscape and position company effectively against market competitors
Master Eaton's product portfolio and software tools for responsive customer support and technical guidance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical / electronics); an additional business administration degree is preferred

Experience

Strong experience in Electrical Infrastructure design for critical systems, with some years of which relate to data centre design. Experience of Sales in the data centre industry. Experience at both product and project level. Sales experience directly with data centre owner / operators and associated contractors
