Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex audit engagements from planning to execution for diverse clients in the Brainport region
Provide strategic advisory services to clients while developing and maintaining long-term relationships
Direct and mentor audit team members, providing technical guidance and professional development support
Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with professional standards
Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic planning activities

Requirements

Education

Master degree with completed RA (Dutch Registered Accountant) qualification

Experience

Minimum 10 years in Audit with 3 years at (senior) manager level
