Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic data visualization and reporting initiatives to drive sales performance optimization and revenue growth
Architect and develop enterprise-wide Power BI reporting platform
Manage and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake
Conduct complex data analysis and trend identification to support business decisions
Present analytical insights to senior leadership and large audiences
Collaborate across analytics teams to establish and maintain data standards
Deploy and support enterprise-scale BI tools with hundreds of users
Mentor analysts on visualization best practices and advanced query development
Quantify and document business impact of BI initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience

4 years in analytics, reporting, or data visualization
