Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
Drive technical innovation and system improvements through collaboration with Business Functional Teams
Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions following industry best practices
Manage project timelines and deliverables in an Agile framework
Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Application Services Team
Develop comprehensive documentation and user training materials
Execute system integration initiatives across multiple platforms
Maintain cutting-edge technical knowledge to drive platform optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

10+ years of commercial IT experience, 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365/PowerApps Platform
