Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with direct business impact
Drive technical innovation and system improvements through collaboration with Business Functional Teams
Manage complex integration projects while ensuring architectural alignment and best practices
Provide strategic technical leadership in Agile environment, including sprint planning and delivery oversight
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for enterprise applications
Serve as technical subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

10+ years of commercial IT experience with 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / PowerApps Platform
