Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and implementation of enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions using TAS, TKGI, and Rancher platforms
Drive organizational transformation through DevOps practices and infrastructure automation initiatives
Establish technical standards and best practices for containerization and Kubernetes adoption
Mentor and develop technical teams while aligning infrastructure strategy with business objectives
Oversee critical incident response and system stability for mission-critical applications

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience

7-10 years of experience in a senior technical role with expertise in on-premise infrastructure, DevOps and Kubernetes

Required Skills

Expertise in on-premise platforms and tools including TAS, TKGI and Rancher Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines and tools like Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and containerized solutions Proficiency in infrastructure automation, monitoring and performance optimization Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve technical challenges and incidents

Certifications

Certifications in relevant tools and platforms (e.g. TAS, Kubernetes, Terraform) are a plus
