Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional coordination between architectural services and other trades with direct impact on project delivery
Direct architectural work scheduling and material procurement with P&L responsibility
Implement and oversee construction management plans ensuring project quality and timeline adherence
Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, subcontractors, and community partners
Drive quality assurance and compliance with architectural specifications and regulatory requirements
Coordinate system-wide contractors and resolve technical challenges across project phases

Requirements

Education

Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by BOA

Experience

5-7 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building projects
