Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-border M&A transactions with direct P&L impact
Drive strategic relationship development with key stakeholders and decision makers
Manage comprehensive financial modeling and valuation processes for major deals
Oversee due diligence processes and risk assessment for transactions
Direct project teams and coordinate with external advisors on complex deals

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, MBA, or related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-border M&A transactions in Southeast Asia
