Key Responsibilities

Lead regulatory compliance oversight for global energy trading operations
Conduct complex regulatory assessments for multi-commodity transactions including hydrogen, electricity, natural gas, and coal
Serve as primary compliance advisor for trading operations with focus on MAR and REMIT II regulations
Direct internal investigations and serve as first-response consultant for trading compliance inquiries
Develop and implement regulatory change management strategies
Coordinate with legal and audit departments on compliance framework development

Requirements

Education

Law degree (Volljurist), Business Law degree (LL.B./LL.M.), or Business Administration degree

Experience

Multiple years of compliance experience in law firm, banking, financial services or industrial sector
