Key Responsibilities

Lead technical scheduling coordination for major construction projects using Global Project Methodology (GPM)
Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
Perform critical path analysis and resource optimization to ensure project efficiency
Coordinate with multiple contractors and internal stakeholders for accurate forecasting
Lead schedule deviation analysis and mitigation planning
Drive continuous improvement in Construction Schedule Management processes
Conduct quantity surveys and progress validation
Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer to team members

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical, E&I, construction technology)

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in construction scheduling and working for an asset owner or EPC company
