Key Responsibilities

Lead operational excellence transformation projects for manufacturing clients across pharmaceutical, food, automotive and FMCG sectors
Direct implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for shop floor operations
Conduct organizational redesign and process optimization analyses
Build and maintain strategic client relationships across organizational levels
Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in operations management or technical/engineering discipline

Experience

1 to 5 years of work experience in industry or consultancy
