Key Responsibilities

Lead client business process analysis and transportation requirements gathering
Conduct Fit-to-Standard design workshops for OTM module configuration
Create detailed functional specifications and documentation
Coordinate system demonstrations and standardized OTM functionality presentations
Implement selected user stories including documentation and test scripts
Develop and maintain end-user training materials for OTM functionalities
Enable client team members through knowledge transfer and best practices

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields with excellent grades

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain, OTM Solution Design
