Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic workstreams in banking transformation projects with P&L impact
Drive team performance and mentor junior consultants while managing complex deliverables
Spearhead business development and proposal creation for new client acquisition
Conduct high-level stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering through executive workshops
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Implement governance frameworks and process documentation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required

6+ years in Private Banking or consulting
