Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic contract management for large-scale infrastructure projects
Direct procurement strategy development and implementation
Oversee complex contract negotiations and dispute resolution
Manage commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Drive contract compliance and performance optimization
Supervise payment application reviews and variation assessments
Lead claims management and final account settlements
Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations
Deputize for Commercial Director as required
Develop and maintain key client relationships

Requirements

Education

BSc/MSc degree with MRICS/FRICS professional qualification

Experience

10+ years with minimum 5 years in USA/Canada/Western Europe and 5 years in Middle East

Required Skills

Expert contract review and framework agreement application Advanced contract drafting and negotiation Project lifecycle management RIBA design stage expertise Commercial and contractual acumen Strong negotiation and claims experience Project controls knowledge Relationship building in complex structures Budget and cost control Claims management Procurement strategy development
