Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting and consolidation processes for Dutch Group companies with strategic oversight of accounting operations
Drive compliance and accuracy in financial statements including balance sheets and P&L statements under Dutch GAAP and IFRS standards
Manage complex financial transactions including capital calls, distributions, and asset transactions
Oversee statutory filings and maintain relationships with Dutch regulatory bodies
Direct internal control systems and financial procedure optimization
Lead tax compliance across multiple domains (CIT, VAT, wage tax)

Requirements

Education
