Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic data migration initiatives using proprietary Syniti methodology to ensure seamless business transformation for Fortune 2000 clients
Lead technical implementation of enterprise data management solutions while maintaining adherence to industry-leading development standards and best practices
Analyze complex business processes across multiple functional domains to identify optimization opportunities and guide digital transformation strategies
Architect and develop sophisticated data migration rules and reporting frameworks that directly impact client operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive data migration strategies that minimize business disruption

Requirements

Education

Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field)

Experience

Project experience across multiple ERP implementations

Required Skills

Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis Functional ERP experience Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc. Customer-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel according to project requirements up to 100%
