Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic oversight of critical data ingestion processes ensuring timely and accurate portfolio accounting system updates that directly impact client investment decisions and regulatory compliance
Drive the preparation and delivery of high-stakes client-facing reports including Fund Accounting, Analytics, and Regulatory deliverables that influence major investment decisions and regulatory standing
Execute comprehensive reconciliation processes that safeguard client assets and ensure data integrity across multiple systems and counterparties
Spearhead the implementation of new fund structures and financial account configurations that enable business expansion and client onboarding
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution that maintains system reliability and client service excellence while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic solutions
Champion process automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risk while supporting firm-wide digital transformation objectives
Lead custom development projects for data loaders and reporting solutions that meet specific client requirements and competitive differentiation

Requirements

Education

Degree holder in Business or Accounting and/or a related field or a professional accounting designation

Experience

2 to 3 years' experience in Data Management or fund accounting with a fund service provider
