Key Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of production ML model infrastructure with 50% focus on strategic projects and 50% on DevOps excellence
Architect and implement robust model monitoring systems to ensure data pipeline integrity and prediction accuracy
Design and develop standardized R packages for automated model versioning and deployment workflows
Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for reproducible ML workflows
Conduct advanced analysis of heterogeneous healthcare data to uncover actionable patient care insights
Provide enterprise-level consultative services for departments leveraging AI and analytics solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science with 12 graduate level semester hours or PhD/Master's preferred
