Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for critical banking platforms
Drive innovation in financial technology solutions through user research and design thinking
Oversee design delivery across multiple departments ensuring consistency and quality
Manage stakeholder relationships and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Guide integration of third-party systems while maintaining design integrity
Establish design standards and best practices for enterprise-wide implementation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design, with financial services and IT delivery

Required Skills

Proficiency in Avaloq core banking platform Strong knowledge of investment services and capital markets Experience with third-party system integration Agile and Waterfall methodology expertise Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MIFID2, GDPR) Banking product knowledge including stock exchange, portfolio management, treasury operations

Certifications

Project management certification (preferred) Relevant financial services certifications beneficial
