Key Responsibilities

Lead global employer engagement strategy development and execution across multiple sectors
Manage and mentor team of 5 senior professionals including regional directors
Drive campus recruitment strategy and event planning
Serve as primary CDC stakeholder liaison for Fontainebleau campus
Monitor and analyze global labor market trends to inform strategy
Cultivate key recruiting relationships and partnerships
Advocate for student recruitment through various channels

Requirements

Education

Bachelors in related field, Masters or Advanced Degree preferred

Experience

At least 7 years of experience in business development and experience managing global teams
