Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Industry 4.0 and lights-out manufacturing transformation initiatives
Direct cross-functional teams in implementing AI, ML, IoT, and robotics solutions
Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage budgets and resources for large-scale digital transformation projects
Foster innovation culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry
