Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic transformation initiatives across property management portfolio worth billions in assets
Establish and direct Project Management Office (PMO) to drive organizational excellence
Design and implement enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
Drive change management and cultural transformation programs
Oversee cross-functional performance optimization initiatives
Develop and execute comprehensive quality and continuous improvement strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships across C-suite, clients, and operational teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Master's degree preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, or strategic transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
