Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic transformation initiatives across property management portfolio worth billions in assets
Establish and direct Project Management Office (PMO) to drive organizational excellence
Design and implement enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
Drive change management and cultural transformation programs
Oversee cross-functional performance optimization initiatives
Develop and execute comprehensive quality and continuous improvement strategies

Requirements

Education
