Key Responsibilities

Lead negotiations of complex financial markets master agreements (ISDA/NAFMII/CDEA/GMRA/GMSLA) for Hong Kong headquarters and Southeast Asian operations
Manage regulatory compliance documentation including Initial Margin and Variation Margin requirements
Direct stakeholder engagement across Risk Management, Collateral Management, Legal, and Compliance departments
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on counterparty documentation
Maintain and develop documentation templates and agreement repositories
Coordinate cross-departmental strategic projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in law, finance or business management

Experience

3 years or above in financial markets master agreement negotiations

Required Skills
