Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic product development initiatives from concept to implementation, driving innovation and technical excellence
Manage and mentor a team of electronic engineers while establishing technical direction and ensuring project success
Architect and implement sophisticated hardware solutions including circuit design, component selection, and system integration
Direct cross-functional collaboration with software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
Oversee regulatory compliance and safety standards implementation including UL, IEC, and FDA requirements
Drive technical design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure product integrity and market readiness
Develop and execute comprehensive testing protocols for international standards compliance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's desirable) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field

Experience

At least 5 years' experience as an Electronics Engineer
