Key Responsibilities

Lead structural engineering aspects of major construction projects including temporary works design and quality plan implementation
Provide technical oversight and problem-solving for complex engineering challenges
Serve as Technically Competent Person (TCP) with safety supervision responsibilities
Manage stakeholder relationships with architects, clients, and consultants
Direct quality control processes and site progress monitoring
Support contractual and technical documentation preparation

Requirements

Education

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

Experience

8 years relevant experience in major Civil or Building projects

Required Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese Technical expertise in structural engineering Project management capabilities Quality control management

Certifications

Chartered Membership of HKIE, IStructE, ICE or RPE (preferred)
