Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for complex Business Intelligence Management programs, serving as primary strategic advisor for budget formulation, execution, and performance optimization across multi-million dollar defense contracts
Drive critical decision-making processes through advanced cost forecasting, funding allocation strategies, and program financial performance analysis to ensure mission success and regulatory compliance
Manage enterprise-level financial systems integration including Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), and Cobra to deliver actionable financial intelligence for program performance management
Serve as single point of contact for all program financials, including cost management, funding oversight, labor charging optimization, forecasting accuracy, and customer invoice preparation and submission
Develop and implement sophisticated financial controls, procedures, and forecasting methodologies to evaluate contract performance and ensure strict compliance with USG and customer requirements
Lead cross-functional collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and government customers while conducting complex financial investigations and performance evaluations
Create and deliver executive-level financial reports and conduct advanced analytical assessments including variance analysis, risk analysis, and profit/loss optimization for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's Degree preferred)

Experience

7 years with BA/BS degree
